This class aims to empower teens with essential self defense techniques and awareness skills. We’ll cover the importance of avoiding conflict, recognizing potential dangers, and using both verbal and physical methods to stay safe. All techniques are age appropriate and emphasize safety. Parents are encouraged to engage with their kids to reinforce learning.
