This class will explore the ideas, deep principles, character, and even the flaws throughout our country’s history. Spring semester will start with the Reconstruction period to the Vietnam War. Students will learn to form opinions about the events that shaped our nation and defend their beliefs. Students will use the socratic method to discuss and write about the historical events from the foundation of our nation to the twenty-first century. New students are welcome to join.
