Watch your student read aloud with expression, fluency and joy, which is the focus of this class. Students will also gain a deeper understanding of text, characters and plot as well as learn to work as a team and gain confidence in speaking and presenting. Using readers theater scripts, students will be assigned lines each week, not to memorize, but to practice reading. Readers of all levels are encouraged to enroll. Students will perform scripts in class and videos will be provided for families to enjoy. Consistent attendance and practice reading lines each week is essential for student and whole class success. Class will perform at the end of the semester celebration.
