Supply fee: $45
How do you move from a single recipe to a successful, mission-driven business? This 15-week intensive course is designed for high schoolers with an entrepreneurial heart and a desire to serve. Students won't just learn to cook; they will experience The Making of a Restaurant from the ground up. Grounding our work in the principle of Colossians 3:23—doing all things with excellence as unto the Lord—students will navigate the entire lifecycle of a culinary startup. This simulation covers everything from the initial vision and branding to the technical execution of a high-end menu, culminating in a professional "Grand Opening" event for families and guests.
