This course covers many foundational topics for higher level sciences, including the scientific method, designing experiments, simple machines, archaeology, geology, paleontology, biology, human anatomy and physiology. The course will focus on learning through reading, responding, class discussion, and engaging hands-on activities. Each class will include an experiment, and students will maintain a science journal to record their learning. In addition to the scholarly learning, this text highlights God’s authority, creativity, and mastery in creation and therefore arms students with apologetic knowledge as well. It’s a win-win!
