Learn elements of gymnastics while improving balance, large motor skills, flexibility, coordination, following directions, and more. Each week we will focus on warm up, stretching, basic gymnastics, and conditioning. At the end of the semester, we will develop a short choreographed demo of skills learned. Each student will work at their own pace and ability.
