Picture a class filled with insights from a financial planner, personal trainer, nutritionist, life coach, and more—all coming together to help your family flourish in faith and life! We’ll explore vital topics like stress management, career, mental health, money management, organization, screen time, health and fitness, and building healthy relationships—equipping you with the tools to live out your God-given purpose. Homework will include engaging personal growth activities like journaling, movement, and self-evaluation, all designed to help you grow in Christ and foster lifelong success. All 10:10 parents are invited to join us weekly as we embark on this exciting journey of health and wellness together, guided by faith and community!
