There is so much to learn from books and especially books that bring you into other times, places, and even
imaginary worlds. As we read amazing works of fiction, non-fiction, short stories, poems and biographies we
will discover how to think critically, empathize with characters, expand our vocabulary and learn the
importance of the written word. Classes will be filled with discussions, analyzing, working through the main
elements of literature, projects and more. The goal of this class is to inspire students to grow in their love of
reading and learning through literature. New students are welcome for the spring semester.
